We operate primarily on a fee-based model. This means our compensation comes from a transparent percentage of assets under management (AUM) or a flat planning fee, rather than commissions on products.

 

For taxes, yes.  We do have a tax preparation service for those clients seeking comprehensive wealth management.    While we do not draft legal documents, we coordinate closely with your CPA and attorney to ensure your financial plan integrates with your overall tax and estate strategy.

 

Yes.  We help business owners prepare for transitions, from valuation to exit planning, ensuring tax-efficient and strategic outcomes.

 

It begins with a complimentary consultation to understand your goals and financial picture. From there, we create a customized plan, implement strategies, and provide ongoing reviews and adjustments.

 

We meet at least annually for a comprehensive review, and we’re available anytime your life or financial circumstances change.
